09:06 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viasat ( VSAT ) said Wednesday it has rolled out its home and mobile broadband service in Mexico in partnership with telecom wholesaler Altan.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Under the terms, Viasat ( VSAT ) will integrate its satellite and wireless LTE services with Altan's shared mobile network to offer cellular coverage in previously untapped areas across Mexico, the communications company added.

Viasat's ( VSAT ) coverage is available in 13 Mexican states, the company said.
