08:44 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Viasat ( VSAT ) said Thursday the ViaSat ( VSAT )-3 Flight 2 satellite is scheduled to launch aboard a United Launch Alliance Atlas V551 from the Cape Canaveral station in Florida in the second half of October.

The ViaSat ( VSAT )-3 Flight 2 satellite is expected to provide more bandwidth capacity than the entire existing fleet and advance the company's multi-orbit network roadmap, the company said.
