Viasat Subsidiaries to Launch $1.25 Billion Senior Notes Offering

08:42 AM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viasat ( VSAT ) said Monday its indirect subsidies Connect Finco SARL and Connect US Finco are planning to privately offer $1.25 billion worth of senior secured notes due 2029.

The proceeds will be used to redeem a part of the issuers' outstanding 6.750% senior secured notes due 2026, Viasat ( VSAT ) said.
