05:32 AM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viasat ( VSAT ) will equip seven of Azul ( AZUL ) airlines' new Airbus A330-900neo planes with its Ka-band in-flight connectivity technology, the companies said Tuesday.

No financial details were disclosed. Passengers flying aboard the Brazilian airline's planes will have access to Viasat's ( VSAT ) onboard Wi-Fi services.

The deal is part of a collaboration between the two companies that began in 2021.
