06:38 AM EDT, 09/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viatris ( VTRS ) said Wednesday that the company and its units, Mylan and Utah Acquisition Sub, have launched cash tender offers to purchase all the outstanding $750 million of 1.65% senior notes due 2025 and 500 million euros ($552.7 million) of 2.125% senior notes due 2025 and up to $450 million of the outstanding 3.95% senior notes due 2026.

The tender offers for the notes due 2025 will expire on Sept. 10, while those for notes due 2026 will expire on Oct. 2.

Holders of the 2026 notes must tender and not withdraw their notes by Sept. 17, the company said.
