12:15 PM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viatris ( VTRS ) on Tuesday disclosed the pricing terms for cash tender offers for 1.65% senior notes due 2025 issued by Viatris ( VTRS ) and 2.125% senior notes due 2025 issued by its Mylan unit.

The total consideration is $977.66 per $1,000 principal amount of Viatris ( VTRS ) notes and 994.12 euros ($1,096.17) per 1,000 euros principal amount of Mylan notes tendered, the company said.

The offers are set to expire at 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 10, unless extended, the company said.
