Viatris Unit Utah Acquisition Sub Increases Maximum Amount of Cash Tender Offer to $575 Million

06:57 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viatris ( VTRS ) said Wednesday that its subsidiary Utah Acquisition Sub increased its cash tender offer's maximum aggregate principal amount for the 3.950% Senior Notes due 2026 to $575 million from $450 million.

Viatris ( VTRS ) said the Utah Acquisition Sub would accept notes on a pro-rata basis as the amount of tendered notes exceeded the revised cap as of the early tender date of Sept. 17.

Eligible holders will receive the total consideration, including a $30 per $1,000 early tender payment, with payments including accrued interest up to the anticipated settlement date of Sept. 20.

The offer will officially expire on Oct. 2.
