04:48 AM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Viavi Solutions ( VIAV ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.13 per diluted share, up from $0.08 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.12.

Net revenue for the quarter ended June 28 was $290.5 million, compared with $252 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $285.2 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings of $0.13 to $0.14 per share on net revenue of $290 million to $298 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.11 in non-GAAP earnings per share on revenue of $280.1 million.
