08:47 AM EDT, 03/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- VICI Properties ( VICI ) said Monday that it will acquire the real estate assets of Deerfoot Inn & Casino, Great Northern Casino, as well as two limited-service hotels in Alberta, Canada for $200.6 million Canadian dollars ($144.1 million).

The real estate investment trust said it plans to fund the deal, which it expects to be immediately accretive, with cash on hand, and funds drawn down from its existing multicurrency revolving credit facility.
