VICI Properties Unit Prices $750 Million Debt Offering

05:02 PM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VICI Properties ( VICI ) said late Monday its VICI Properties LP unit priced a $750 million public offering of 5.125% senior unsecured notes due Nov. 15, 2031, at 99.643% of par value.

The company expects the offering to close Dec. 19 and plans to use the net proceeds to repay its outstanding $750 million of 3.5% senior notes due 2025, among other things.
