Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.13.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.46 billion, up from $1.42 billion a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.41 billion.
For Q3, the company expects an adjusted net loss between $0.75 and $0.55 per share on revenue of $1.39 billion to $1.42 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect a loss of $0.57 on revenue of $1.36 billion.
Victoria's Secret raised its full-year net sales guidance to a range of $6.33 billion to $6.41 billion from $6.2 billion to $6.3 billion previously. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $6.24 billion.
Shares of the company were up over 7% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
