11:09 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Victoria's Secret's (VSCO) second-largest shareholder, BBRC International, on Tuesday called for a shakeup in the company's board, including the removal of Board Chair Donna James.
In a public letter, BBRC, which owns a 12.9% stake of Victoria's Secret, said that James was "over-tenured" with a "stale perspective" that lacks objectivity.
BBRC's founder, Brett Blundy, proposed his own appointment to the board in the letter.
"We believe the most direct route to maximize value is to add stockholder perspectives to the boardroom and improve corporate governance," BBRC said.
BBRC said it will seek to replace directors at the next annual meeting or earlier if the board continues to avoid engagement.
Victoria's Secret did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
