Victory Capital Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase

05:11 PM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Victory Capital Holdings ( VCTR ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings with tax benefit late Thursday of $1.25 per diluted share, up from $1.08 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.22.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $215.9 million, up from $201.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $217.8 million.

Victory Capital ( VCTR ) raised its quarterly dividend to $0.37 per share from $0.335 per share, payable June 25 to shareholders of record on June 10.

Shares of the company fell 2.5% in after-hours trading.
