HANOI, March 30 (Reuters) - Vietnam's Binh Son Refining

with Russian partners to buy crude oil.

The company said it will also buy more crude oil from

* "BSR is proactively working with its Russian partners on

the possibility of purchasing ESPO, Sokol, and Novy Port crude

oil," it said in a statement.

* BSR has bought 950,000 barrels each of Nigerian Erha

crude from ExxonMobil ( XOM ) and Angolan Palanca crude from BP for June

delivery, a source told Reuters.

* BSR hasn't bought any Russian crude oil yet, the

source said.

* The 130,000-barrel-per-day refinery plans to operate

at 123% of its designed capacity in the second quarter and

produce 2 million tons of petroleum products, it said.

* BSR aims to produce a record 8.3 million tons of

petroleum products this year.

* The company is expanding its oil storage capacity,

with a new storage facility scheduled to go into operation in
