04:27 AM EDT, 10/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Viking Acquisition Corp. I (VACI) said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 apiece.
The units are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and trade under the "VACI.U" symbol, effective Friday.
Each unit is comprised of one class A share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one class A share at $11.50 apiece, the company said. Once the securities comprising the units begin trading, the class A shares are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the "VACI" ticker.
The blank-check company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units. The IPO is expected to close on Nov. 3.
