Viking Reports Secondary Share Offering

04:52 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Viking Holdings ( VIK ) reported late Tuesday some shareholders are offering about 30.53 million shares to investors.

JPMorgan and BofA Securities are the underwriters for the offering, the company said. Viking will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
