Village Super Market Appoints John Sumas as Chief Executive

12:01 PM EST, 12/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Village Super Market ( VLGEA ) said Monday it has named John J. Sumas as chief executive and Nicholas J. Sumas II as president and board chairman.

Both have served as the company's co-presidents since 2018, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
