Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. Prices IPO at $10 Per Unit

04:18 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. (VCIC) said late Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 per unit for total expected gross proceeds of $200 million.

Each unit consists of one class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, the blank check firm said.

The units are expected to debut on the Nasdaq Global Market on Sept. 6 under the ticker "VCICU". The underlying securities will eventually trade separately under the tickers "VCIC" and "VCICW" for ordinary shares and warrants, respectively.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on Sept. 9, subject to customary closing conditions.
