09:36 AM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VinFast Auto ( VFS ) said Wednesday it signed letters of intent with 15 auto dealers in Thailand to sell electric vehicles and scooters in the country.

The agreements were signed at the Bangkok International Motor Show, the company said, adding it will work with the dealers to open 22 showrooms in the Greater Bangkok Area.

The company said its dealers will sell the VF e34, VF 5, VF 6, and VF 7 models in the country, as well as electric scooters upon their launch.
