Viomi Technology to Divest Some IoT@Home Businesses

04:27 PM EDT, 07/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viomi Technology ( VIOT ) said Friday it has struck deals to divest some IoT@Home businesses to its Chairman and CEO Xiaoping Chen for 65 million Chinese renminbi ($8.9 million) to focus on its home water solution businesses.

The company said it expects to close the transaction by end of August.
