Viper Energy to acquire Sitio in $4.1 billion deal

June 3 (Reuters) - Oil and gas firm Diamondback Energy's ( FANG )

unit Viper Energy ( VNOM ) will acquire Sitio Royalties ( STR )

in an all-equity transaction valued at about $4.1

billion including debt, the companies said on Tuesday.
