Virax Biolabs Closes $5 Million Direct Offering of Shares

04:29 PM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Virax Biolabs ( VRAX ) said Friday it closed a registered direct offering of 1.1 million shares at a purchase price of $4.50 per share for gross proceeds of about $5 million.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.

Price: 5.47, Change: +0.02, Percent Change: +0.37
