Virco Board Approves Up to $10 Million Share Buyback Plan

09:36 AM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Virco Mfg. Corp. ( VIRC ) said Tuesday its board approved an up to $10 million share buyback plan, which will begin Feb. 1.

The company said it may buy shares from time to time under the new plan, which has no expiry date.

Virco's shares were up more than 17% in recent Tuesday trading.
