08:24 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vireo Growth ( VREOF ) over the Canada Day holiday period announced a licensing agreement with cannabis company Curio Wellness.

A company statement noted that the strategic partnership will bring Curio's "celebrated Best Self Collection" to the "rapidly growing" New York cannabis market.

Under the agreement, Vireo will be able to manufacture and distribute Curio's full portfolio of products, including topicals, tablets, chews and vapes, leveraging Vireo's existing infrastructure in New York.

The first Curio-branded products are expected to launch in licensed New York dispensaries in the fourth quarter of 2025.
