11:53 AM EST, 11/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Virgin Galactic Holdings ( SPCE ) said Thursday it signed a deal for the potential sale of up to $300 million of its common shares from time to time under an at-the-market program.

The company plans to use any net proceeds generated from the program to advance the development and production of its spaceflight fleet, among other things, it said.
