05:05 PM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Virgin Galactic ( SPCE ) said Wednesday in a regulatory filing that it redeemed $30.5 million of its 9.80% first lien notes due 2028 by issuing 6.7 million common shares to noteholders in exchange.

Following the redemption, approximately $172 million of the notes remain outstanding, with no principal payment due on such notes until March 31, 2028, the company said.
