10:40 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VirnetX Holding ( VHC ) said Thursday it will voluntarily move its stock exchange listing to the Nasdaq Stock Market from the New York Stock Exchange on or about Sept. 22 after market close.

The company said it will retain its ticker symbol and expects to start trading on the Nasdaq by Sept. 23.

VirnetX ( VHC ) shares were up 3.3% in recent trading.
