Virtus Convertible & Income Fund, Virtus Convertible & Income Fund II to Implement Reverse Stock Split Next Week

05:41 PM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Virtus Convertible & Income Fund ( NCV ) and Virtus Convertible & Income Fund II ( NCZ ) said late Monday that they will implement a 1-for-4 reverse split of their respective common shares, effective Feb. 10.

The companies said the splits are meant to lead to a higher per-share market price for their shares.
