09:32 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Visa (V) said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire real-time artificial intelligence payments protection technology developer, Featurespace.

The deal, whose financial terms were not disclosed, is slated to be completed in fiscal 2025.

Visa said the acquisition aims to enhance Visa's fraud detection and risk-scoring solutions.
