Vishay Precision Group Acquires Germany-Based Nokra

08:58 AM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vishay Precision Group ( VPG ) said Monday that it has acquired Nokra Optische Prueftechnik & Automation, a privately held Germany-based maker of precision measuring and testing equipment for manufacturing.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Vishay said Nokra's laser-based measurement gauge systems are used to measure the thickness, flatness, contour, width, or 3D profile of various metals.
