Vision Marine Technologies Names Maxime Poudrier COO

11:07 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vision Marine Technologies ( VMAR ) said Wednesday it has appointed Maxime Poudrier as chief operating officer.

The company said he previously served as its head of growth and strategic partnerships. Poudrier, in his new role, will focus on aligning intellectual property, partnerships, and customer adoption into a unified strategy, the company added.

Shares of Vision Marine Technologies ( VMAR ) fell 2.6% in recent trading activity.
