Visionary, Qianxin Bocheng to Collaborate in Aesthetic Industry

10:47 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Visionary Holdings ( GV ) said Wednesday its Visionary Holdings ( GV ) (Asia) subsidiary has signed a three year cooperation agreement with Qianxin Bocheng (Jiangsu) Technology Development to advance the aesthetic treatment industry.

Qianxin will provide industrial park facilities, policy support, and support services, while Visionary will bring in enterprises in the aesthetic treatment value chain to establish a specialized industrial park, according to the statement.

Other cooperation areas include project incubation, enterprise cultivation and M&A channel, it said.

Shares of Visionary were up over 3% in recent trading.
