02:04 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Visionary (GV) received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The company has until Oct. 6 to submit a plan on regaining compliance and may receive an extension until Jan. 26 for the filing.

The notice doesn't currently affect trading or the share listing, Visionary said Wednesday in a statement.
