08:34 AM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- VisionWave ( VWAV ) said Friday that it has established and fully acquired VisionWave IL, a wholly owned unit based in Israel.

The company said it has appointed Khdoura Sabbagh, also known as Adir Sabag, as chief executive officer and sole director of the new unit, and has engaged Oren Attiya, through CO-Finance Financial and Accounting Consulting, to provide CFO-level services to the unit.

VisionWave ( VWAV ) said the Israeli unit will support development work in its core areas, including RF-based sensing, signal intelligence, autonomous systems, defense technologies, and AI applications.
