10:26 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VisionWave ( VWAV ) said Wednesday it is collaborating with PVML, a company that connects internal and operational data to AI, to combine its radar and computer vision systems with PVML's secure data-AI infrastructure to support the development of real-time intelligence systems for defense operations.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The collaboration aims to create systems that can connect live mission data directly to operational environments and enable autonomous AI agents to plan missions, track execution, and respond to real-time changes. The companies plan to begin joint initiatives in 2026 focused on defense and homeland security.

VisionWave ( VWAV ) shares were up 4.5% in recent trading.
