Vista Energy's Q1 Adjusted Income Falls, Revenue Increases; Shares Drop Pre-Bell

04:55 AM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vista Energy (VIST) reported Q1 adjusted income Wednesday of $0.49 per diluted share, down from $0.80 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.88.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $317.4 million, up from $317.2 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $353.8 million.

Shares of the Mexican oil and gas producer were down more than 8% in recent Thursday premarket activity.

The total borrowing of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) increased to Rs 3,06,704 crore in March 2021 from Rs 74,742 crore in March 2017, Parliament was informed on Monday. Replying to a question in the Rajya Sabha, Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said Since 2017, NHAI has availed external borrowing to the tune of Rs 3,000 crore.
