Vista Outdoor Advances Premarket as MNC Capital Raises Cash Offer to $39.50 per Share

07:05 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) shares were up more than 8% premarket Thursday after MNC Capital Partners announced a higher all-cash offer to acquire the company.

MNC Capital is now offering $39.50 per Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) common share, or a total of over $3 billion, compared with its previous offer of $37.50 per Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) share, which Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) rejected last week.

The revised offer is not subject to any financing condition and MNC Capital said it has already sent debt commitment papers to Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) that are ready to be executed, pending the requested due diligence information.

Price: 37.34, Change: +2.89, Percent Change: +8.39
