05:33 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) on Monday confirmed it has received a revised unsolicited takeover proposal from MNC Capital for $37.50 per share in an all-cash deal.

In early March, Vista rejected MNC's previous offer to acquire the company in an all-cash deal for $35 per share.

Vista said its board is evaluating the revised offer from MNC.

The company shares rose more than 1% in after-hours activity.
