Vista Outdoor Gets Additional Information From MNC Capital on Revised Takeover Offer

06:07 AM EDT, 07/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) confirmed late Tuesday that it has received additional information from MNC Capital on a revised takeover offer of $42 per share.

The additional information was obtained in response to Vista's request for certain information required to evaluate the proposal, the company said.

Vista said it is reviewing the additional information and that it has not yet made any decision regarding the revised offer.
