08:23 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) said Tuesday that it continues to hold talks with MNC Capital about the latter's revised proposal to acquire Vista for $43 per share in cash.

Vista said it has not yet made any decision regarding the revised proposal, which was submitted Friday.

Shares of the company were up 3.2% in recent premarket activity.
