Vista Outdoor rejects MNC's offer; CSG raises purchase price for Kinetic Group

July 8 (Reuters) - Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) said on Monday

it was rejecting investment firm MNC Capital's revised offer to

acquire the company.

Vista also said Czechoslovak Group was increasing purchase

price for the proposed deal to buy its unit Kinetic Group to

$21.00 per share.
