12:57 PM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vistra ( VST ) said Tuesday that it has launched senior secured notes due 2034 and senior unsecured notes due 2032.

The retail electricity and power generation company said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including to refinance its debt.

Shares of Vistra ( VST ) were down more than 5% in recent trading.
