03:50 PM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vital Energy ( VTLE ) said Monday it increased the maximum amount of 9.75% senior notes due 2030 it is seeking to repurchase in a tender offer to $197.6 million from $100 million.

The company also said it has extended the tender offer's expiration date to April 16 from April 11.
