Vital Energy Reports Early Tender Results For 2028, 2030 Notes

11:04 AM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vital Energy ( VTLE ) reported Thursday the early results of its tender offers to buy up to $475 million of its 10.125% notes due 2028 and up to $75 million of its 9.75% notes due 2030.

Vital said it received tenders from holders of about $431.2 million of the 2028 notes and about $197.6 million of the 2030 notes. It will accept all 2028 notes tendered after removing its cap and has raised the cap for the 2030 notes to $100 million.

Vital said it expects the early settlement date for the 2028 notes to be March 29 and for the 2030 notes during the week of April 1.
