12:15 PM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vital Farms ( VITL ) said Wednesday it is building an egg washing and packing facility in Seymour, Indiana and expects to break ground in mid-2025.

The 72-acre facility will be fully operational at the beginning of 2027 and is expected to generate more than $350 million in additional revenue, according to the company.
