VitalHub Appoints Patrick Mazza as COO, Niels Tofting as Managing Director of North American Operations

08:29 AM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VitalHub ( VHIBF ) on Wednesday appointed Patrick Mazza as chief operating officer and Niels Tofting as managing director of North American operations.

Mazza - who joined VitalHub ( VHIBF ) in June 2022 as executive vice president, performance and operations - has more than 25 years and is tasked with scaling the company's growth and global business operations.

"I am very excited to take on this new role as COO at VitalHub ( VHIBF ) and to continue helping the team bring the company's vision of organic growth via opportunities within our product suite and pursuing mergers and acquisitions within our technology space," said Mazza in a statement.

Tofting in his new role will oversee the optimization of operational performance and support the company's growth both organically and through mergers and acquisitions.
