10:13 AM EST, 01/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vitalhub ( VHIBF ) on Thursday said it closed its previously announced bought deal offering of 3.2 million common shares sold at $10.90 apiece for a total of about $34.5 million that includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

Net proceeds of the offering will be used for the company's growth initiative.

Vitalhub ( VHIBF ) added that its growth initiative is focused on the acquisition of third-party enterprises in the health care industry which provide synergistic opportunities for the company.

Shares of the company were last up $0.06 or 0.5%, at $11.26 in early morning trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
