09:05 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vivakor ( VIVK ) said Friday it plans to issue a special dividend of 0.0079 shares of Adapti per Vivakor ( VIVK ) share.

Vivakor ( VIVK ), which currently holds at 13.5% stake in Adapti, said it will establish a record date for the dividend in the next couple of weeks.

The special dividend is currently valued at about $815,000, the company said.

Vivakor ( VIVK ) shares were up more than 38% in recent premarket activity.
