03:35 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vivani Medical ( VANI ) said Sunday it has priced a registered direct offering of 6 million common shares at $1.62 per share and a concurrent private placement of 3.7 million shares at $1.62 per share for expected gross proceeds of $15.7 million.

The offerings are expected to close around Oct. 28, subject to customary closing conditions.

Net proceeds will be used to fund research and development, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
