02:03 PM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VivoPower International ( VVPR ) said Monday it received an unsolicited takeover proposal from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates-headquartered Energi Holdings valuing all free float shares of the company at an enterprise value of $120 million.

The company said its board members are reviewing the proposal and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Shares were up 44% in recent trading.
